Issue a dedicated-server key
The dedicated server DLL is
free to share; this key is what lets one sign in. Create names it
<site>-dedi-<NN> (numbers are never
reused) and hands you its private key once. zinc keeps only the
public half. A dedicated server is never a developer, so while
Developers only (Accounts tab, Gates) is on, every one of
them is refused at its next sign-in.
